Participants will be educated on the difference between a Heart Attack an Sudden Cardiac Arrest, see a demo of Hands Only CPR and AED usage as well as get a chance to ask questions from our expert panel. Chris Orange, Lifestar EMS and Dr. Bruce Kraus will be on hand to discuss the American Heart Association chain of survival and offer insight into what EMS and medical staff will need from you the rescuer.
There will be two 45 minute sessions offered: 5pm and 6pm. To register or if you have questions please contact Chris DeLapp, Education Manager at Columbus Community Hospital at 920-623-1276. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
Classes meet for 2 hours each week for six weeks.
